A typical class consists of a warm-up, stretch, and calisthenics routine, followed by drills, technique and sparring, followed by grappling and MMA techniques, rolling or sparring, and a cool down. Rolles Gracie Jr., Igor Gracie, and Gregor Gracie will be in St. John's from June 28th - 29th for seminars. Rolles, and his brothers Igor, and Gregor all currently teach and train alongside family members Renzo and Daniel Gracie at Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy (RGA) in NEW YORK CITY.

Rolles is considered by many to be one of the Gracie family’s greatest practitioners and is known for his amazing combative abilities and enriching teaching techniques. Rolles has won numerous National and International titles in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, is the oldest son of the legendary Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu visionary Rolls Gracie, and is a Black Belt under Carlos Gracie Jr.
:.IGOR GRACIE.:
Igor Gracie is a Black Belt from Gracie Barra Academy in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil - the largest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy in the World. Igor is a successful competitor including two time Brazilian National Champion and multiple times Pan American and Mundial medalist. Igor is also a MMA Fighter.
:.GREGOR GRACIE.:
Gregor Gracie is considered one of the most skilled and determined fighters in BJJ and submission grappling. Two times Mundial champion, Brazilian champion, Pan Ams champion and two time Brasileiro de Equipes champion.
